To de-stress, I have been busy scrapbooking during nap time. Thank goodness for nap time. My goal this summer is a scrapbook page a day. So far so good.
Sunday
The text reads: Peter had his first trip to the bowling alley on Friday, June 19 with his school. Daddy and I got to join him as parent volunteers. It was so much fun to go bowling with 2, 3, and 4 year olds. We enjoyed helping the kids figure out how to push the balls hard enough to get all the way down the lane. Peter loved bowling! He did such a great job at waiting his turn. By the end he was exhausted though. So were we!

We met up with friends last July when we were down in Oregon. Our daughters are 2 weeks apart in age. I have been friends with them for 11 years. We had a wonderful time with the girls.

The text reads: Peter and Carlie had had their first professional photo shoot earlier in the day and I wanted some cute pictures of them still in their clothes. Peter had just woken up from a nap and was interested but not in doing what mommy asked. He instead wanted to the photographer. He kept trying to get the camera so he could take the photos. Some of these pictures even include him having a slight tantrum. The life of a 2 year old was truly showing, especially one that was so used to be the only one that was ever photographed. Now he had to share being in the Lime Light!
