Today was our second day at Disneyland. My dad joined us. Carlie was determined to be Grandpa's buddy the whole day. Peter became mine.
This was my view of the kiddos for most of the day.

Mr. Disney's apartment upstairs. When I looked closely, I noticed that there was a lit Christmas tree in the window.

We entered the park 15 minutes early. They had us stand and wait along Main Street before 8. At least we had a great view.

We headed straight to the Haunted Mansion. On the way there I enjoyed looking at the ship and boat.

The Haunted Mansion was gorgeous with all of the decorations from the Nightmare Before Christmas. Peter and Carlie were a bit spooked by the ride but we thought it was great.

After that, the boys went on Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Railroad. Carlie was too short for both rides and by the time we were at Big Thunder Railroad, she was not happy about it. She would not let me go on either ride either.

Then it was time to grab a Fastpass from Autopia. I did this while the rest of my family was on the carousel. We got back together and went on Alice in Wonderland and finally the Tea Cups.

I was not expecting my dad to get the tea cups going so fast but Carlie loved it!!

We went on the Matterhorn because Carlie was begging for a fast ride. Then we headed to Autopia where our munchkins were the drivers. Peter loved it. He was not steering real well though.

Carlie was too busy playing with her hood to actually drive.

Afterward, we did Astro Blasters. We had lunch at the Hungry Bear. Then we did Tarzan's Tree House (yes, they changed it from Swiss Family Robinson which made me so sad). After that, we headed to the train which was closed, the Jungle Cruise which was closed, and finally settled on the Tikki Room. While waiting, you could tell Carlie was getting slap happy.

We also found out that the Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and New Orleans Square were out of power. It was a ghost town.

Next we did the Train around the park. You can see that Peter was starting to meltdown also.

We had some great views while on the train. Rob was joking that this is the only true mountain in So Cal because it has "snow" year round.

We walked Toon Town and decided on one last ride, Storybook Land Canal Boats.
