Rotavirus sucks. No, it STINKS, really bad. Carlie had diarrhea last week on Wednesday and was sleeping and sleeping. She stayed home Thursday and was much better. Mind you, I had strep throat too. No fun. She went back to school on Friday, and it started again. Went to the doc on Saturday who decided rotavirus. No more poop until at daycare on Monday. We have been home today and she is all good and finally good harder poop. Yeah!!! Hope it stays that way.
On Friday, Carlie went to PT because she outgrew her orthotics already. Just crazy. Her PT was super happy with her progress. We need to work on her standing on her tip toes and stair climbing. She will have new orthotics are on their way for her. Hopefully this is the last full pair.
During all of this Peter went to an Occupational Therapy Eval. He still has some delays so he is going to get a little service from them when they have a chance. He currently has an 8 month delay. I guess it is good that he is not going to Kindergarten in the fall. Plus, potty training is still going. Over the weekend he finally figured out that pooping on the potty was a good thing because it felt better. Since then, he has gone at daycare and this evening he even initiated going. What a huge leap for him! He is being rewarded by sitting there and watching the Sesame Street podcast as he goes.
Finally, a layout. I do have the Christmas card done but you are going to have to wait until you get it in the mail to see it. I will be putting it on the blog closer to Christmas. I also made this layout today with Carlie's help. Hope you enjoy!
