My sweet girl turned 4 today. I was not willing to admit it until 1:44pm, when she was truly 4. She was walking around the house reminding people that she was 4 until after nap.
We started the morning with a sweet breakfast of cinnamon rolls. Then Granny Franny, Carlie, and I headed out to the doctor's. She weighed 40lbs. and was 42 1/8" long. That means she is tall enough for most of the rides at Disneyland. Last year she was 39.25 inches and 35 lbs. The doctor kept commenting that she was just so big (tall) but proportionate. He was worried that one leg was bigger then the other but when he did measurements, he was not as concerned. Her right leg was 1cm bigger around then the left but otherwise good. He did say that we need to take her in for an eye exam. That exam is scheduled for May 7th.
We headed out to Costco to get strawberries for her strawberry shortcake. Then lunch and nap. Snack was her strawberry shortcake (photos coming later) and presents.
Then dinner at Red Robin.
She loved her birthday!
