During Spring Break, my parents were here and we had a great time. Before going to Oregon, we made sure we dyed our Easter eggs.
Later that day, Carlie fell down the stairs and bonked herself on the nose and scrapped her finger. We went to the doctor the next morning to clear her to go on our trip. Then we were off to Oregon. It was great to have all of the grandparents under one roof. Thank you to my in-laws for hosting.
Carlie got to open some birthday presents.
Snuggle time with Grandpa Bob.
Snuggle time with Grandpa Tim.
The next morning we were off to Multonomah Falls.
My dad, Peter, and I walked to the bridge near the falls.
This is how my dad grew up seeing the falls going on the train from California to Washington.
The Instagram pictures were pretty awesome too.
Yes, there is proof that I was there.
Peter took this one.
Carlie took this one.
The next morning was Easter bunny time.

All Carlie wanted was a chocolate bunny. That bunny was snatched up first but she was tall enough to grab the one of the stump just to the side.
She finally understood what to do.
Peter jumped right into it too. He snatched up too Chocolate Bunnies which made me laugh since he can't eat them.
He later shared one of the chocolate bunnies with someone who did not get one. My sweet boy.
We got back to the Grandparents' house and found hoar frost. It is frost that is coming out of the ground like tubes of ice.
Counting their treats.
Then Grandma Lori wanted to bake with the kids.
That evening Aunt Angie got to come visit with Baby Alyssa.
Cousin time.
Peter reading to Grandpa Bob.
Hippity, hoppity, the Easter bunny came.
Peter got some Lego's.
Grandpa Tim and Granny Franny were going to have to go the airport soon so Grandpa hopped in a picture.
Easter egg hunt time.
It was a wonderful vacation and back to reality we go.
