Carlie's 5th Birthday

Carlie is so lucky that we always have Spring Break during her birthday.  We headed out early that morning to go to the doctor.  She was all worried about shots.  She believed the blood draw was her shot which worked because they did not give her any actual shots.  Her stats looked great:


We then headed off to Ikea to start figuring out some stuff for the new house.  By the time we were almost done, she was toast.


So we hurried home.  We got home late for lunch but that is when we had it.  When she officially turned 5 she was munching.


After a nap and some fun around the house, we headed out to Red Robin. 



She loved her special dessert.

When we got home, she finally got to open her presents.





Peter was excited too for her to see the present from him!








Yeah, sheets from Granny Frannie and Grandpa Tim. 


Oh wait, Peter got sheets too.  Something special for the new house.
